Public Review First, I want to say that my experience with Ms. Ivy was very good. She was professional and kind, and my concerns are not with her or any of the agents. My issue is with the company itself and the way it chooses to operate. Life is already extremely difficult—prices are high, emergencies happen without warning, and sometimes people have no choice but to turn to a loan company for help.
