I visited the office to request additional funds while I still had an existing loan with a remaining balance of approximately $2,100. That loan was under a no-interest promotion, provided it was paid off within six months—a plan I was already committed to following. Given this, I believe a company that prioritizes customer care would have taken the more customer-focused approach of separating the new loan from the existing one.
