I’ve been a customer of Mariner, for many years, they are always so very professional and polite…….. My most recent experience with Mariner was this past monday 6/16/25 with Christina, after a brief phone call on the previous thursday, gathering a bit of information, we set up an office appointment for monday morning 10:00a, I arrived on time, in and out in about 15/20 minutes, signed, sealed and delivered………absolutely fantastic. I worked with Christina from the St Pete location. She was to refinance my loan and it was to make my payment lower and also get me $200. It sound really great. However, something that should have taken maybe a day or two was stretched out for the whole week and then some. I understand they were really short-staffed at that location, however if she was that busy she could have passed it off to someone at a Tampa location. This went on for days.
