I wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating I called and spoke to a Mr Harris or Harrison and the guy was extremely rude to me he cut me off before I could even ask him a question and said I can't give u a loan and my question didn't have anything to do with a loan
I have had GREAT experience with the Macon Branch on Eisenhower. Ms. Dawn is always pleasant, smiling, eye contact, and helpful. Thank you Ms. Dawn for Five Star Customer Service! I would recommend Pioneer Credit Co. on Eisenhower Pkwy. I hope that her manager sees this, that he/she would reward for her outstanding service-treat her to a nice restaurant!
