Have had NO problems with this company until down to my last 2-3 payments.I was late on a payment after paying off another acct with them.I was mistakingly thinking this was the acct that was auto dedecuted from my bank account.The first and only letter I got from them was AFTER my grace period had expired.They also had my correct phone number on the closed acct so I guess I just assumed they had it for this one too.(They didn't,they still had an old number on this acct for me,thus,the reason for not call).I was willing to p... read more
