My fiancé went in to get a loan and Samantha in the Greenacres office was amazing. She helped him through the entire process and when he came home he was very happy with her service
My loan was originally for 1.200 but i was qualified for 2,000, which i agreed to. My girlfriend was on speaker with me and loan rep, and agreed that i gave ok for 2 000. However only 1,200 was deposited . I never received a copy of loan docs, it is not on Mariner app (which i was told it would be), and my previous/original docs and payment not in history.
