I took out a loan 2 years ago, when the 1st payment was due, I went to THEIR website to pay. I was redirected to another site & made the payment. Then I got a call from Mariner stating I was late. I explained I made a payment and was informed they don't use that company. I had to make another payment. WHAT? I am on SS so I get paid typically the 1st Wed. of the month which I explained to them.
