Not so pleased, stayed in a room for 1 hour after the time I was told to come and close my loan, then was asked for keys to car, then another 30 minutes until I saw someone again, finally after another 30 minutes they began my closing
At the Goldsboro NC office, I was told that I would be able to get a little over $7000. I said that I would like $6000. When I went to close I was told I was only getting $4800. No one called and told me that it would be less until we were there to close. The closing was scheduled for a week after I applied (at my request). Appoint was at 10am. At 1045 we got up to leave.
