I requested an increase to my current loan. I made contact with one of the reps and met in the office. The rep I spoke to was a Mr. Arndt. He was very polite and personable. I was incredibly anxious about the whole process and my appearance not being exactly appropriate for being in a financial institution. While I acknowledge the assistance this organization provides, I am disheartened by my personal experience. Since 2024, I have been reaching out regarding my father's diagnosis and allegations that he was coerced into obtaining a loan by a family member , which he does not recall due to his condition. Regrettably, the primary perpetrators are often family members. Despite providing my father's doctor's information and POA documentation, I have yet to receive assistance.
