James was very nice, understanding and helpful. It's nice to be able to speak with an individual who is/was out there and understands verses some inexperienced uninformed pencil pusher/button pusher who only cares about quotas.
Debbie Donaldson somehow figured out where my boat was shipping from then called the boat broker and acted like a reputable shipper. My broker told me to call her as she had contacted him about shipping. She sounded nice and knowledgeable and was ready to pick my boat up ASAP. She asked for a $1400 deposit which i was skeptical about but paid as I though this was the status quo.
