It was my first time, renting a pontoon boat and cruising the chain of lakes. It was a fun and easy experience. The staff was great. I enjoyed it very much, and will certainly go back again. Negotiating the locked canals was a little tricky, But if you stabilize the boat using the secure rope to the beam where the Red button is to unlock the gate you’ll be fine.
Received a follow-up phone call this morning from Jeff Foreman, service manager, inquiring as to how the pontoon boat ran on the lake this weekend. That’s just one example of the very individualized and excellent care that we received during our repair process. The entire crew at Marine Supply take great pride in their work and actually listened to me describe the issues with my motor which lessened the typical frustrations that accompanies the whole process of boat repairs.
