Boat was exactly as described, sea trial & closing were easy, they treated me well, couldn't have been better! Thank you!
The person who helped us was to busy to get off the phone and properly help us, didn't offer the free bag of ice until we asked for it never even gave us a map to navigate around the lakes at least the boat didn't break down
Unfortunately their service has deteriorated lately. I have a electric top they installed less than 6 months ago that now has completely stopped working. I stopped by on a Saturday and was told shop was closed. I called Monday was told they were busy with a customer please call back. Tuesday called back again busy. So I asked to leave a message. Still no call on Thursday so I sent my son over. They said it’s probably a circuit breaker but never actually checked it. They then handed him the breaker and basically told him we’r... read more
