Hands down best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Our initial call, while sitting dead in the water in the Homer Harbor, led to a dead end. While I was on the phone in search for a part to other marine shops these folks called me back with an offer for refurbished part, furthermore the mechanic, Lee, asked a few diagnostic questions over the phone and come to find out he was spot on in regard to what the issue was. Taking my boat there was a big mistake, Lee the mechanic is a slippery guy who likes to finagle jobs into side jobs and then screws you over. Don’t take your boat to him!
