Went in to make a return today, immediately had an off putting feel as none of the staff greeted us. As we didn’t make the initial purchase ourselves (sent one of our employees to do it) we were unaware of how the cost was double compared to the same part online. We were told they do not accept returns for electronics as they cannot guarantee it wasn’t used. However ours was in its box wrapped up still.
