I purchased many parts with multiple boats over years. Service was always good, not so much lately. Ordered parts about 6 months ago, it took multiple calls and emails for status after waiting weeks, ok stuff happens. Now today, (literally today) need to order thousands of dollars worth of parts (6 to 8 K). Called three times for help with PNs and correct diagrams (Volvo Penta are difficult with many variations) no answer, sent email and did requested online survey, no response. Ordered a week ago and paid for Fedex charges. Parts still not delivered and no one answers the phone, and they do not respond to email. Wondering if this company is a fraud?
i have an order 7 months ago they not responding landline nor email anybody have any idea they are dead or closed ?
Ordered parts weeks ago and cannot reach anyone to check on status. Tried calling, leaving voice messages, email and no replies. Appears this company is a scam or out of business BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS AND CHARGING CARDS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
