Today(8.22.24) I visited your company, and there was a big girl named Candice who, without any reason, canceled our load. When my boss called the company to find out what happened, she falsely claimed that I swore at the forklift driver and that's why she canceled the order. She is slandering me and damaging your company's reputation. Shipper Lady so mean. were screaming at drivers for no reason, and at the end told broker that we don't have enough space for load, and when we proved that we have more then enough space, then she blamed our driver that he screamed at her and forklift guy. That girl CANCELED load on us for no reason. Don't take any loads and waste your time with them.
I witnessed that a female shipping officer was being rude to a trucker during loading, so I will not do business with this company.
Loading took 5 hours, broker “All-Ways Trucking” didn’t pay detention. Cargo dimensions were 2” larger than agreed, which resulted in taking more detours along the way to destination. This place has a very tight left turn, employees advised that it’s not a problem - trucks are turning here all the time. I was careful enough to save my trailer, however it’s not a case for a driver from another company. He damaged his trailer.
