My card had been fraudulently . I came to the Richlands MFCU to get a new card. I assistedby Bri, she was very helpful, courteous, and polite. She helped me file a credit/debit card dispute. I am extremely pleased with how my issues were resolved. Thank you.

Marta at the Richland’s branch was amazing. I was not happy with the bank, but she turned around my negative experience. She handled herself extremely well. These are the people you WANT working with and for you! I couldn’t do 5 stars, because of the other issues. We had a customer write us a check. It was drawn on Marine Federal. They charged us $15 to cash in he check. Their customer will now have to pay service fees if they want to use a check from Marine Federal.
