I am using my husbands account but I was in there today and was helped by the very kind staff. I am sorry, I did not ask her name! Marta helped me last time and she is lovely but it was not her this time. Either way, both are amazing. She helped me get my statements and was patient while I looked for my check that I misplaced. My card had been fraudulently . I came to the Richlands MFCU to get a new card. I assistedby Bri, she was very helpful, courteous, and polite. She helped me file a credit/debit card dispute. I am extremely pleased with how my issues were resolved. Thank you.
