Went to pay my final house payment and was greeted by an unfriendly person at the main branch in Jacksonville NC. Something that was suppose to be a wonderful day was horrible in person and by phone. All final home payment have to be done by phone. Why they don't know and couldn't tell me. I was really under the impression Marine federal didn't want me to pay off my home. Be careful Military men and women.
