Bank anywhere else. Try to call them and see if they answer the phone in under an hour. Once they answered they were so not understanding of situation we were put in because Progressive didn't process our cancellation and took the money out of our account causing 4 overdrafts at $35 each. Progressive was apologetic and promised to make all right including the overdrafts and told us to tell MFCU to stop the wrong transaction and put our money back but MFCU refused to do this for us.
