Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Most importantly, they had the parts for my sailboat's heat exchanger that five other marine shops did not have.
Very helpful and friendly service. I needed new riser and manifolds gaskets for my Crusader 454's. The staff helped me get the right parts and even took a look at my old parts and helped me determine they are still good to reuse. They also double as standup comedians 😉

Newer to the boating world / experience. Tim was extremely helpful and patience in explaining what parts we might need and not need. He even told us how to test parts to ensure they needed replacing before ordering. Tim kept us updated throughout the sourcing process as some parts required additional time. Highly recommended for info / knowledge and parts. Thx Tim for helping us get our boat up and running in a very short time.
