Started working with employee and contractor Had gotten struck by lightning and and basically needed to replace everything. They got everything done although I was not 100 percent happy. 1 year went by and I was told by there OLD employees that they weren’t in business any longer. I thought I was screwed. Was supposed to have someone take a look at the radar on my boat, was told by Rachel they were about 3 weeks out but since I was calling a month ahead of time they could get me on the schedule. Called and confirmed with Rachel a week before my arrival that someone would be able to take a look. Today, the day of the appointment I was unable to get anyone on the phone until 11:30, Rachel called back and told me she never confirmed with me and that they would not be able to help.
