The team David sent to my boat were the most professional mechanics I have had the pleasure to deal with. They did what I asked and also noted a few items that needed attention. They were clean, courteous, and knew what they were doing.
total disaster...they do not return phone calls, and have started disassembling my engine and never returned. I have no doubt they might be very experienced but they have NO idea how to deal with customers. I have not heard from them since they began the disassembly. They did prior work which it turned out was not needed as they were trying to figure out the problem and were paid for it, so there is no excuse for their lack of response.
David responded quickly to our request for service on our 33 year old Kohler generator and sent Russell to diagnose and repair starter and heat exchanger. Running great now. Happy customer!
