I went to visit Marine Detail supply to pick up a new backing plate for my DA that Brian had in stock and no one else did. I had previously purchased some products to work on a restoration/ cleaning of a boat that hasn’t seen water in 14 years. Brian didn’t try to just sell me products or to change from the products I already had opened. He took me in the back and showed me some techniques on a boat he was working on.
