Please fix/replace or add another ATM machine. Running a business, I need a bank I can deposit my money in, especially weekends. It has been such a pain in the butt for months. Some days it works... some days it doesn't. I have talked to the manager (I think) about it but she seems bothered when I mention it to her. You guys are closed on the weekends, we need a working ATM please for deposits. 🫠
When Came to Shyboygan wi I was with Wells Fargo not to Far from Credit Union The Residents wanted me to change My Banking because I was having issues with Deposits being Sent from Social Security Office finally I went over and opened a checking and Saving account they are Good three Tellers I still have a account with them not going anywhere Just have to build it up. Miss them because it not about much money it about what is being done.
I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank and my car payment for almost 2 years now but recent events take the cake. After paying my payment I received not only a text but email stating MY PAYMENTS LATE. Except it was paid in cash as that’s the ONLY way I’ve been able to pay. Online banking will NOT process my card and if they do it’s processed EXTREMELY late. I’ve been told there’s falsities to process and money was returned- I NEVER received the money back. Inqured about a personal loan to take care of some personal matters and Marine credit thinks it's their business to meddle into the specifics of the loaned money, Considering previous borrowing transactions have been payed off in full we will no longer do business with Marine credit union. Completely disrespectful, distasteful business practices with above avreage credit score yields you dictatorship of your choice to choose where you use the money.
