I applied for a loan to consolidate my debt and I honestly left the interaction feeling fast talked and bamboozled. They offered more than what I asked for and I used my car as collateral. I only had about $1800 left to pay on my car. So after they paid that off, they added in a bunch of things that they made seem like were just free perks. Ended up that all of those things costed. Outstanding support when I got hacked. The staff had much work.
About 10:00am I came to the office and informed Ruby that my MCU card was hacked. I showed her the emails I've been getting and that MCU had notified me that my card was compromised. Ruby took the time to help me with a new card and all that was needed for me to have more storage on my phone! What a trooper Ruby is for me! I feel relieved and at peace... THANKS RUBY! Worst credit union I've have been with. Had to get a house loan so I did with them and have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Stay away!
