The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and discuss at length any financial concerns one might have. They are especially warm when it comes to kiddos opening an account for the first time!
They make it an absolute pain to do any business when you're stationed overseas, even if you give them a heads-up. But if someone from China gets ahold of your banking info they'll let them drain your account with no issue. Can't deposit more than $1000 a day, so guess I'll just have to wait and stretch my paychecks from the last couple of months out over several days. Completely unnecessary.
