The reason I clicked a single star is because at least this group has a physical address in ******. I've opened a Board of Chiropractic Examiners case against this group for which I've received confirmation they opened a case. I have been promised a refund at least three times by a front desk staffer who finally said that the refund would not be sent based untrue claims on behalf of the business owner. Very disappointed. Spent many, many, many thousands of dollars UP FRONT with promises of "being in this together" but all I got was very disappointing results. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Their marketing is great and **. *** is a VERY bright spot but never hear anything from ** ****** after she wrote up my work order on scratch paper and took my money. Have tried to converse with Marin Regenerative Health regarding the treatment of my 86-year-old mother to no avail. They charged over $6,890 for a treatment plan that the contract stated she was able to cancel within a 30-day period. She did and willingly paid the $990.00 termination fee. The treatment exacerbated an existing medical condition (which they were aware of from the outset), so my mom could not continue with the treatment.Their contract did not stipulate equipment was not returnable, nor that a discount would be ... read more
