RecommendedMy computer was hacked and several charges were made using my debit card before I noticed and was able to turn off the computer and alert vendors. MCFCU worked with me every step of the way, sending a new debit card, sending a firm to use to reverse charges. The biggest charge was removed. One vendor, Amazon, would not remove the charges for digital downloads despite my alert and putting my account on home for “sanitizing”. I was treated very rudely by Steve Taylor (operations manager at the 30 N San Pedro Rd branch). If you like to be treated with respect and dignity, then don't bank here.

I have banked with the Marin Federal Credit Union for over 30 years and still believe that they are the best. The bankers are both courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I have had two car loans with them and in both instances the Marin Credit Union had the best interest rates and saved me money on the extended warranty. The online banking system allows me to take care all of my banking needs using the state of the art technology.
I am happy to see that the Credit Union is bringing more electronic ways so that the members can handle their business.
