I don't normally go to farmer's markets but I had Sally the tree hugger with me and she needed to get some soap from the weirdo soap lady, and some green eggs from the crazy egg man and his equally crazy common law wife that had just boiled some eggs and had some fresh jammy hard-boiled eggs for $1 a piece! I had one, and it was amazing! She, and her eggs get 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s!
I have never been more charmed by a farm stand than I was by this wonderful place. I’m visiting from San Francisco and stopped in with a friend who lives locally, initially just planning to pick up some cheese and wine, and it turned into one of the highlights of my visit. As soon as we walked in, Jim, the owner, pulled out their open cheeses, crackers, and salsas and invited us to taste anything we wanted. This is truly the best hidden gem just south of Point Reyes. The produce is honestly some of the best I’ve tasted, they have gorgeous flowers and a great selection of meat and fish. But the highlight is Jim who welcomed us and made us feel like old time friends. It’s clear he has a strong passion for what he does and is excited to share it with others. Thank you for such a great experience! We’ll be back.
