I'm rating it 4 stars because I used to work for this establishment when it was called Marilyn Monroe spas. I have never had an issue with the services provided. However, a friend of mine booked us luxury pedicures and she didn't like the service that was provided by the new hire Hailey. My friend informed me that it was supposed to be an hour pedi and hers was done in 35mins. She didn't get what she paid for.
Had the most lovely pedicure here tonight. Everything was super clean, and the staff was so friendly . I will be back for another one and to try some of the other services.
Booked myself spa day and I really enjoyed the massage facial and blowout. Catherine was wonderful. All the staff was wonderful. I will definitely be booking again when I go back in May
