The disrespect was loud. I waited 3 months for an appointment. My stylist had double booked and no one had contacted me. The person who scheduled after me got to keep their appointment. The manager's solution is to have me wait even longer for a stylist I don't know. I was making a big change to my hair and I haven't seen any of the new stylists work. Then the email confirmation had the wrong service listed. I've waited 3 months. I can wait longer for a business that respects my time.
I’m a first time mom, as of April 5th, so my mother got me a couple gift cards for Mother’s Day, and I decided to take my aunt & cousin in for a Luxury Pedicure; 10/10 great atmosphere, clean, laid back & friendly’ the lady at the front desk was a bit vague when I first called and inquired about the cards but got it figured out shortly after stopping in. I would highly recommend!
