This office is completely incompetent from the initial call on. Was scheduled with explicit explanation that appointment is for 15 minutes and there is another patient right after me. Half an over after appointment time, nobody even checked me in, and the front desk explained that there are other people in front of me who have been waiting for a long time, what's worse when I called the Central line to request a refund they could not find my records properly.
