I have been going to this doctor for a couple years now and have always been very satisfied with the level of service/care I have received. Unfortunately, today that changed. Without going into unnecessary details suffice it to say I did not have the experience that I expected based on my history. It was a super frustrating experience and I never even saw the doctor. I can’t say enough good things! I put off getting my card for a long time because I thought it’d be a hassle but I wish now that I’d have done it sooner! They made the process so easy. I called and got an appointment for 2 days later. Everyone I talked to was really helpful and kind. The office was easy to find, the visit was quick and informative, they walk you through the state license to get your card, and give you a list of all the local dispensaries and the discounts they offer for first time visits, renewals, student, ... read more
On time. Dr. easy to talk to. Thorough. Angela in reception? Was also friendly and helpful. Prices on same level as other practices.
UPDATE: 12/22/25 I needed more inhalation as I cannot use any other method of medical marijuana. I spoke to a lady who answered 15 minutes before they opened, she asked me to call back when they open (9am) after hearing my request. I did so, and the request was put in- I was never told it took 3 days. When was at dispensary I was unable to purchase my medicine. Doc and staff were very friendly and the process went smoothly. I wish Florida would, at the very least, go to a full year before renewal.
