Staff and doctors are friendly. They email and or text reminders and also call if you opt in for those reminders. Used to go to docrx which they weren't as friendly when they would make the calls or if you called to ask questions or to cancel. Docrx also was twice the fee.

They staff an the doctor was very polite an understanding
