I have contacted this bank multiple times last two days it has been three days. Abby was supposed to contact me on getting my Sons account set up so he can cash his check from Work. I have been waiting on an email from her for me and my son to sign so we can’t open up the tracking account and the communication is nowhere to be found with her. I should’ve known not to go to the bank with only a two point star review.

11/25/24 I deposited a check from my employer. Today 12/3/24, I tried to deposit my check from the same employer. This time I was interrogated on where I got my check from and denied service. I've worked at the same place for almost a year now and have never had a problem depositing them with maries county. The lady said I "need $500 in my account to deposit a check". I've been with this bank for four years as of now and they are by far one of the worst with customer service. The people who work the counters are always rude and snippy and openly laugh at you if you do something or say something wrong. They also have lost a check of mine that I had deposit through there drop box and blamed it on me and said it blew away in the wind with no camera evidence of that but camera evidence of me dropping it in the box.
