This is a very tiny outpost in the ground floor of the Kitano hotel. It is well-organized and while it only has one person on staff, they are very skilled and attentive. Very convenient location near grand central.

The dark chocolate ice cream was super good and it was the best I had have in mind I have tried lots of ice creams especially in Turkey and Greece.The atmosphere was the best and it looked fascinating.Definitely worth a try.
