I have tried calling the store and the wholesale department to get someone to give me a courtesy call back to answer questions about an order I wish to place. No one answers at the store, nor does the wholesale department. I have called 6 times in all and left a message on the wholesale line. Very poor form indeed. I was going to place an order for Mother's Day but considering their is no courtesy or way to reach them, I have decided not to.
