I was visiting Montreal with my husband and his eyeglasses needed new nose pads. We just happened to pass by this business while exploring Old Town. I walked in off the street and asked if they could fix his nose pads and without hesitation the woman, although didn’t have new ones in stock - repaired the damaged nose pads, cleaned his lenses and tightened the arms.
