Update: Wow. Just read owner's non-response. I stand by what I said. They're selective and not concerned about helping "everyone". Guess we were the wrong clientele for them. Louise called us on a Saturday night, not too long after we sent an inquiry looking for assistance with mortgage shopping. We were impressed with her quick response, but she was on the pushy side when we said we could not talk as we were on our way to an event.
