2 separate visits, both were frustrating. The vitals records lady is a rude person. You can say goodmorning but you won't get one back. The hospital filled in the information incorrectly so my kids birth certificate was incorrect. I got charged twice for other people's mistake and she gave zero help and contradicted herself with the formation she gave me in regards of how to handle the mess up. I took the day off because it’s showing they’re open Monday through Friday. I don’t know why they don’t fix it online. They’re not open Monday or Friday and then they do take a lunch in the middle of the day too and those hours on there they expect people to take days off work to come to their office and they can’t even update their account and these people work for our state
Website & Google & staff have said they are open Tu-Fri but they are closed this Friday
