I'd give zero stars if I could. The owner passed all away and her wife took over. She's an awful human being that doesn't care about the residents or her employees. She's verbally abusive and all around mean.
Gail P, MariAnnes has been on your block for 36 years. It would be nice if neighbors would talk to each other instead of filing a complaint with the state. By the way your complaint was unfounded per the state investigation. . Our residents are not prisoners here. They have rights like you and I and are allowed to walk down the street to a garage sale. Just because someone has a disability or is different does not make them incompetent.
A man and a woman (patients from this facility) were out walking alone and were at our house for over 15 minutes before someone came searching for them. Picked up the man but did not realize that the woman was here also. Came back 5 minutes later to pick her up. Oblivious they are not keeping a close eye on their patients!!
