Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I had purchased 2 Folklorico shoes for my children and when getting fitted the sales associate who assisted me gave both my daughters 1/2 a size too small. When I asked if that’s how these shoes are supposed to fit she assured me yes that they’re supposed to be worn tighter. Being this is our first time being in folklorico I trusted she knew what she was doing when fitting my girls.
