I do not recommend this place for notarizing documents. I completely understand that without an appointment, you may have to wait—but to completely ignore customers in the waiting area just because a $15 service isn’t “worth it” to them shows that they do not value clients or their potential future business. If they can’t offer basic attention or respect for other people’s time, they don’t deserve your trust or your money. Find a place that will at least acknowledge your presence.
