This firm bought out an accountant firm I used for many years. Since using this firm I have not been able to get one single year's tax returns completed this is dating back to 2019. I have paid invoices and even been sent more invoices. I can't get any calls back I'm not receiving emails back and I drove to her office and the office is completely vacant.
