I think MS Noochi did extremely well when it came to the custody battle that I was concerned with
Marguerite is top-tier! I would highly recommend her as an attorney especially for family law. She was extremely compassionate, experienced and dedicated to the case. I disagree with the one negative review here, as we were thrilled with her representation. She will fight for your rights!
Marguerite is simply a pleasure to do business with. She is very knowledgeable and aggressive in custody matters. She does not quit on your case. Highly recommend her. Contrary to the other review, she is straight to the point but not heartless in any way, shape or form.
I’m giving her 3 stars, because clearly she did a good job given that she beat my dad in court (he had no attorney), but is an awful human being from everything I’ve seen. She made me cry when I was 16 and going through a custody battle by telling me I wasn’t behaving the way I should. Given that an attorney only hears ONE side of the story, that of their client, she has no idea what she was talking about.
