I have known Marge for over 30 years & she's one of the smartest, kindest, most dependable friends that I've ever known. Her staff is her family & they have always handled my calls with respect & kindness. I travel to be able to use Marge's tax service & I'm extremely fortunate to have them handling my taxes. Nasty attitude as soon as someone picked up the phone, the response was hello instead of answering the phone in a professional manner , then I proceed to ask if they could help me amend my taxes , they say it depends on who did them so I proceeded to tell them that I did them on my own and she wanted to tell me how I could probably just do it myself instead of giving me so type of advice or direction that I need help with very unprofessional nasty attitude
We have been using Marge for 3 years now, and we love how thorough and precise she is! We can always find a good appointment time to meet in person. She does a great job with our taxes! Highly recommend!
