Knowledgeable about her profession. Had a few encounters which really came off as her giving an attitude when I asked a question or for clarification. Got ghosted when reaching out for a question months after my case settled, even when I referred another client to her, that in itself is very disappointing.
Any law process is a long and drawn out experience. Srpui was there every step of the way to guide, consult and answer all of our questions along the way. She is responsive to inquiries via email even on weekends when we did not expect any response until business hours.
