They never sent someone to fix my air conditioner after many calls/complaints. I came in from Minnesota and of course its stifling hot and that cost me many hours of sleep/rest. Other than that my family and I had fun and nothing was too expensive. Big guys like me shouldn't have to sweat in their rooms on a vacation they pay for.

I just came back from a 4 days 3 nights Bahamas cruise from Palm Beach. This is our second time with Margaritaville and it did not disappoint. We notice how indeed the ship had been renovated. The cruise has a good value for what you get. My kids were super happy with the kids club, Dolores, Milena and Thiago were amazing. My kids woke up every day just wanting to go there. While I enjoyed my cruise experience, meeting and having a good time with people from all over, I did not appreciate the poor communication from Margaritaville at Sea. The food was nothing special, I only ate because I needed to. They nickel and dime you for any and everything, and the reception desk is not equipped to handle any issues that you may experience, they refer you to customer service after the cruise, and for that reason, I rate them a 2 out of 5.
