Going in by boat and enjoying the water park is always an experience!
A quick search shows this resort brings in $22M+ a year, but they clearly aren't spending it on hospitality training. I came for a 'change in latitude,' but Richard at the front gate gave me a major attitude. For a brand that's supposed to be the capital of 'no worries,' Richard is quite literally the 'Problem in Paradise.' Don’t be a Richard; hire a greeter who actually likes people.
