Very unprofessional, seemed very rude. Will be looking elsewhere for the legal matter I need help With. ( small edit, it says I’m in Arizona, my matter is in Ohio and I have spoken and emailed )
Spoke with the receptionist, she couldn't answer any question. Would not even say her name when I said who do I speak to about these matters is it the probate person or the attorney she advised I wouldn't be speaking to the attorney as they are booking through November. 1 set of papers were wrong. Second set of papers were lost including an original death certificate. And now the 3rd set needs to be notarized but was told they do not have one other then the attorney and she's too busy for it. I don't know who she has as a receptionist but that woman was disrespectful. Didn't answer the phone politely and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my sensitive subject about my mother's estate. I hung up on her. I'm sure Margaret would have been great to work with but she needs better staff to be genuine and professional.
