Not just a Mareeba issue but when you have residents complaining about how rude the foreign nurses are you know you have an issue. Education in mannerisms should be high on the list.

Had been happy and still am mostly, just a few issues that I feel I've been ignored on. Not quick on responding to my queries, 11 days and no response even though I've followed up. Will have to follow up again.
