Driver marked my mother’s trip as completed but never picked her up. I called her day support center to inquire of her where she was because she was not at home and the trip had been marked completed … she was still there and the center was just about to closed. I had to drive 40mins to pick my mother up. I called the office to ask what happened they said another driver was 20 minutes away… I was 40 minutes away and by the time I got there… still no ride had arrived. It was my pleasure of riding with Hob !!! He was on time and He was very kind …. I would ride with him every Apt because he had patience.. and His van was clean
Habtmu was very nice and got me home quickly
Unreliable service no shows no calls for pick up rides don't communicate horrible service
